Technical and Commercial Assistance

The Cementos Portland Valderrivas Group's Technical and Commercial Assistance Department is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of technicians whose mission is to support our customers in choosing applications and overcoming problems in the use of cement. They are backed by an extensive team of professionals and laboratories throughout the company.

We act as a channel to pick up our customers' concerns and difficulties, enabling the Group to modify product quality parameters so as to provide a better service to the market.

This area is broken down by region, which enables it to provide customised responses to customer needs, coordinate more closely with customers, and obtain rapid feedback. This regional approach does not prevent the Department from pooling experience on a national basis.
