Infrastructure construction by governments benefits society at large.
We have a specific line of products to meet all needs in the area of civil engineering.
Is a process of volume reduction of fine cohesive soils (clays and plastic silts) caused by the action of stresses (loads) on its mass and that happens over a long time generally. Our mortars are the solid solution is needed when the land on which will be built needs to be strengthened to provide the necessary resistance.
Mortar filling is a mixture of cement as inorganic binder, aggregate grain sized and chemical additives that give it ease of pumping and injection application, minimal shrinkage, excellent flow, reduced segregation and long open times.
Fluid grouting mortar is a mixture of cement (which may be sulphur-resistant), as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical additives; it is suitable for injection in tunnelling and filling generally..
Expansive grouting mortar is a mixture of sulphur-resistant cement, as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical additives; it is suitable for injection in tunnelling and filling generally; it is capable of expanding in volume, while providing optimal flow, low segregation and a long open time.
Shrink-proof grouting mortar is a mixture of sulphur-resistant cement, as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures; it is suitable for pumping and injection, providing zero shrinkage, optimal flow, low segregation and long open times. .
Injection mortar is a mixture of sulphur-resistant cement, as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical additives; it is suitable for low mobility grouting or for dry injection into Karst terrain. Because of its rheology and thixotropy this mortar has long open times, it is easy to apply (pumping or injection), has optimal flow and low segregation.
A dry preblended mortar based on cement as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures to give it superior properties when compared with conventional mortar.
Self-compacting mortar is a blend of sulphur-resistant cement, as inorganic binder, silica fume, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures for optimal flow and low segregation. It is very easy to apply, making it ideal for places which are difficult to access. It is suitable for pumping.
Very good adhesion to substrate. Low permeability. Does not attack rebar or metallic components as it does not contain any set accelerators.
This mortar is used in tunnel-boring machines for filling behind the voussoirs that make up the tunnel lining.
Injection mortar is a mixture of cement (which may be sulphur-resistant), as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures; it is suitable for injection in tunnelling and filling generally. Because of its rheology and thixotropy this mortar has long open times, it is easy to apply (pumping or injection), has optimal flow and low segregation.
This is a process for consolidating terrain; holes are drilled and micropiles are inserted under pressure, without removing any soil; the pile is keyed into the terrain and grouted.
Preblended mortar for dry or wet gunning. Available in a number of grades and strengths. Used basically for lining swimming pools, embankments, canals, water tanks, and building repairs.
Gunite mortar for dry or wet application, containing additives to ensure excellent adherence and penetration. A blend of sulphur-resistant cement, as inorganic binder, silica fume, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures for optimal flow and low segregation. Does not attack rebar or metallic components as it does not contain any set accelerators.
Type B gunite mortar is a blend of cement, as inorganic binder, silica fume, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures for optimal flow and low segregation. It is very easy to apply, making it ideal for places which are difficult to access. Suitable for wet gunning. Does not attack rebar or metallic components as it does not contain any set accelerators.
Download Data Sheets for Type B gunite.
Gunite mortar ready for dry or wet application, modified with admixtures which ensure excellent adhesion and penetration. A blend of sulphur-resistant cement, as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures for optimal flow and low segregation. Does not attack rebar or metallic components as it does not contain any set accelerators.
Mortars specifically designed for sidewalks, pavements, parking areas, boulevards, etc.
This class of mortars is designed to provide maximum performance in pavements.
Filler mortar is a mixture of cement (which may be sulphur-resistant), as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical additives; it is suitable for injection in tunnelling and filling generally, providing minimal retraction, optimal flow, low segregation and long open times.
Self-levelling mortar is a dry preblended mortar based on cement as inorganic binder, graded aggregate and chemical admixtures to give it superior properties when compared with conventional mortar and considerable self-levelling properties.
